During a service we check the following:
There are two batteries in both the Hybrid and the Electric vehicles. Both are tested and replaced as required. The first battery starts the vehicle and the second battery is the larger battery that drives the vehicle
Once all components are inspected, we issue you with a full report and NO work will be completed unless authorised by you.
